Bedtime Silliness

Tonight before bedtime, both girls climbed into the rocking chair in Gabby's room, and Sofia said Mama get the camera and take our picture. Um, you don't have to tell me twice!

Dora princesses

I took Sofia with me to Target - she loves shopping at any store - and these Dora dresses were on sale.  My sweet and silly girls!

Sofia's First Trip to the Dentist

I took Sofia to the dentist today for the first time. She was pretty excited about it because she loves to brush and floss (if you call rubbing floss once across your teeth flossing!) She played with toys in the waiting room. Our friend Ariane works there as a dental assistant so she gave Sofia the choice of a new toothbrush (Sofia tried to negotiate two but Ariane stayed strong). Then the dentist came in and took a look at her teeth and proclaimed them "perfect." She got to pick a toy from a basket (again tried for two, that's my girl). No cleaning or anything more intense at 3. Easy peasy!

August Fun So Far....

Lots of fun so far this month - it's been hot but we've stayed cool with Fro Yo trips, watching movies, going to Nelson's hockey games, and keeping up with swim class. Still need to make a trip to the beach soon!
