Nelson thought it would be fun to dunk Sofi under the water. One of the first rules of teaching babies to swim is for them not to be scared to go underwater.
First he blew in her face which supposedly makes babies hold their breath. At first she didn't seem to be bothered by going underwater, but quickly changed her mind.
