Today we got our permits for the bedroom addition. We are soliciting bids from contractors. Unfortunately it looks like it's going to cost more than we thought by about $10k but for a nice big master bedroom I think it's worth it. Just need to take out a loan to cover it, or win the lotto!
We are hoping to have all bids and make a final decision by next Wednesday and hopefully start construction on 9/20, and finish by Christmas! That's 3 months! Wish us luck...
